Mr. Siva Kumar Pothepalli is the Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer of Antelopus Selan Energy Limited. He previously co-founded Antelopus Energy Private Limited, where he served as Director. Under his leadership, the company acquired a controlling stake in Selan Exploration Technology Limited, which was subsequently merged to form Antelopus Selan Energy Limited.
With over 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Mr. Pothepalli brings deep expertise across both upstream and downstream operations. Prior to Antelopus, he served as Director – Operations at Delonex Energy (UK), where he was responsible for assets in Chad. Earlier in his career, he was Director – Rajasthan Asset at Cairn Oil & Gas and a member of its Executive Committee, where he led the operations and development of all onshore oil fields in Rajasthan. Over the course of his career, he has held a wide range of technical and leadership roles across key offshore and onshore assets, including the Ravva and Cambay offshore fields, as well as the Rajasthan onshore assets.
Mr. Pothepalli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT Warangal and a postgraduate degree in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.
